Our Tour: Excellent

Amazing holiday - thoroughly enjoyed it all and would certainly recommend.
The guides for both countries were informative, knowledgeable and very helpful. Our guide in Cambodia, Sokhoeun was fantastic, proud of his country, extremely funny, witty and made us all laugh everyday. He is unforgettable!
The hotels were well positioned and all of decent standard. The restaurants were all lovely, varied in menu choices, some extremely high standard. The food was well presented, tasty and a true representation of the area of the world.
Our group were a good mix of people, friendly and great fun to have around.
Loved it all!

Both our country guides were just amazing - so knowledgeable and supportive. The pace was just right in the heat and I feel like we did get a good feel of Cambodia and Laos in only a short time, thanks for our guides. Might be worth cutting a temple or two in Cambodia and switching to the bamboo railway which we heard great things about but certainly no complaints! Thank you!

We had a wonderful holiday. Our tour guide in Cambodia, Sokhoeun, was wonderful, and helped us individually beyond what was expected. His explanations of the country's history was deeper than we thought possible. He was very polite, in every way, and just completed a wonderful holiday experience.

The holiday went well and was very enjoyable until the last couple of days went it all went pearshaped. I accept that these are exceptional times but Wendy Wu gave the impression that they weren't interested at all. Our guide had to contact his office in Vietnam who had to contact the office in Australia. They in turn had to contact head office in the UK. It meant that by the time any decision was forthcoming the situation had changed and the advice was out of date. One fellow traveller had his flight cancelled by Viet Nam airlines and WW told him to contact the airline. He had to make his own arrangements as did the Australian contingent. It was the first and last time I will book with Wendy Wu.

The time given and knowledge about the tours on offer is made very personal to each enquiry ensuring that each booking is well within what each holiday maker is expecting and often far more.
There is no feel of pressure put upon the enquirer to confirm a booking which makes one feel comfortable with their decisions when made.
